(3) If you're not at fault for the accident we are able to provide all our services without claiming on your insurance which is even better for you:
(4) When you are at fault for the accident and we recover your vehicle without charging you, we aren't able to recover the cost of doing this from any third party and so we simply absorb that cost ourselves rather than pass it on to you.

- from the Motor Insurance Bureau if the at-fault party is NOT insured
(3) If you're not at fault for the accident we are able to provide all our services without claiming on your insurance which is even better for you:
- You won't have to pay the excess on your insurance policy
- Your no claims bonus will not be affected.
- Your insurance premium won't be affected when your insurance comes up for renewal
(4) When you are at fault for the accident and we recover your vehicle without charging you, we aren't able to recover the cost of doing this from any third party and so we simply absorb that cost ourselves rather than pass it on to you.
